In the manufacture of vehicle-mounted vanes, our large production share of over 10 million vanes a month and their quality are highly evaluated within the country and overseas.
Based on our leading-edge technology development, creative knowledge, prominent technologies, and experience that have been handed down and deepened, we have focused our corporate strength on manufacturing by sticking to Yasugi specialty steel and developed our technologies diligently.
So far, we have processed over 10 million products with submicron-order accuracy for a thickness tolerance of one ten-thousandth of a millimeter and in geometric tolerances for flatness and squareness. Our mass production of quality is supported by our processing and inspection technologies that enable us to carry out mass production while maintaining stable quality at a high level.
This is just one of our achievements, and we will move on to another level of manufacturing in pursuit of higher accuracy and reliability in order to quickly meet the needs of the times.
We have experience in mass-producing vanes for electric oil pumps, hydraulic pumps for transmissions, engine oil pumps used to circulate engine oil, power steering systems in steering operation assist devices for automobiles, and variable valve timing systems. Because the clearance between a vane and a part in which the vane is mounted affects pump performance, vanes require submicron-order accuracy.
For the production of vehicle-mounted vanes, we established a company-wide quality management system and also obtained ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certifications in 2000 and 2013, respectively.
And in 2017, we shifted to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
In the production of vehicle-mounted vanes, we have a large production share of over 10 million vanes a month, and they are adopted by automobile manufacturers within the country and in the United States and Europe.
The dimensions of all vanes are measured with our self-developed automatic dimension measuring equipment.
In addition, because there are tough standards for tiny dents and scratches, we carry out 100% appearance inspections,
and our self-developed automatic image inspection equipment is used for some appearance inspections.
